These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Luxe Motors Co, LLC ("Luxe Motors Co," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting an intake form or paying a down payment, you agree to these Terms.
Luxe Motors Co provides document preparation guidance, state-specific paperwork checklists, and process support to help vehicle owners navigate their state's bonded title process. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. We are not a government agency or affiliated with any DMV.
Our flat service fee is $999, collected in two installments: a $500 down payment at intake, which covers the initial costs associated with your title search, and a $499 balance due after we submit your final paperwork to the DMV for your title. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Third-party costs — including surety bond premiums, DMV fees, VIN inspection fees, and appraisal fees — are not included in our service fee and are paid directly to the relevant parties.
If our case review determines your situation does not qualify for a bonded title in your state and no viable alternative path is identified, we will refund your $500 down payment in full. The $499 balance is non-refundable once your paperwork has been submitted to the DMV. If a paperwork error on our part causes a rejection by the state, we will correct and resubmit at no additional charge.
We prepare accurate, complete paperwork according to your state's current requirements. However, we cannot guarantee that any application will be approved. State agencies have final authority over title issuance. Processing timelines, surety bond underwriting decisions, and ultimate approval are outside our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in your intake form, following the guidance we provide, submitting paperwork to the appropriate state agencies, and paying all applicable third-party fees. Inaccurate information provided by you may affect our ability to assist you and does not entitle you to a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxe Motors Co's total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Luxe Motors Co. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
